NAME
	COE_query_profile_lock

DEFINITION
	This program determines the current lock state of the profile
	identified by ProfileName.

USEAGE
	COE_query_profile_lock [options] ""  [-who]

OPTIONS

	-h	Prints a useage line. 
	-H	Prints this man page.
	-V	Prints the version number.

PARAMETERS
	1. ProfileName - A quoted string containing the profile name.
		This string may contain blanks and underscore, but no
		other non-alphanumeric characters are allowed.
	2. Scope - A character (l for local, g for global) 
		representing the scope of the profile definition
	3. who - Flag to output the name of the user who has locked the profile.

OUTPUTS
	If the -h option is present or if the calling syntax is incorrect,
	the procedure prints a "useage" statement. If the -H option is present,
	the procedure prints this man page. If the -V option is present, 
	the procedure prints the version number. Otherwise, there is no output.

DIAGNOSTICS
	An integer exit status is returned. An exit status of zero indicates
	that the profile is locked. An exit status of 1 indicates that the
	profile is unlocked. Any other positive integer indicates an error
