NAME
	COE_add_user_reserved_data

DESCRIPTION
	This program adds or modifies Reserved Field information in an
	existing User Data table entry. Any existing Reserved Field data
	in the entry is overwritten.

USEAGE
	COE_add_user_reserved_data [options] <UserID> <Scope> -f<N> "<Value>" 
		[-f<N> "<Value>"]*

OPTIONS

	-h	Prints a useage line. 
	-H	Prints this man page.
	-V	Prints the version number.

PARAMETERS
	1. UserId - The user's UNIX identfication number. This number is 
		used to locate the record which the new data will be added.
	2. Scope - A character (l for local, g for global, a for all) 
		representing the scope of the user definition
	3. N - Reserved Field number [1-6]
	4. Value - A quoted string containing the Reserved Field value.

OUTPUTS
	If the -h option is present or if the calling syntax is incorrect,
	the procedure prints a "useage" statement. If the -H option is present,
	the procedure prints this man page. If the -V option is present, 
	the procedure prints the version number. Otherwise, there is no output.

DIAGNOSTICS
	The exit status reflects status or error conditions. Exit status 
	is zero if processing is successful. Exit status is non-zero if an 
	error condition occurred during processing. For a description 
	of the error, see COE_get_error_string.
